im full blown addicted to this song and its derivatives. siedah garrett was a back up singer for michael jackson and another pet-project of quincy jones. if you like it buy it from itunes or something.
i, for the life of me, cant find a copy of this song to distribute but you can easily buy it and its worth the price. armand van helden is an animal. his ‘i want your soul’ uses a vocal sample from the aforementioned garrett tune. also the bassline is from ‘everything counts’ -depeche mode. brilliant! the ‘i want your soul’ singles pack is available digitally on beatport or turntablelab.

fake blood puts out great remixes, but they all kinda do exactly the same thing, chopped vocals, sawed bass-synth, old breaks… i really like his formula though. his tracks turn heads at the club. his unknown identity blogged about here
