Wow I’m a little late to the party, this mixtape by the trackademicks is phenomenal (it dropped back in April). Remixing artists like Chromeo, Kid Cudi, Janell Monae, Wale, Zero 7, and Zion I is a good move to begin with, but the beats are fire. Great smooth synths, and tight bass that’ll work in a variety of sets. Hip hop, uk funky, future garage, house, etc. This is definitely summer music. Grab the whole thing over at RCRD LBL
